To register as a new user on the HOPbenefits.com and luminarehealth.com websites: Click on the “Create An Account” button on the left. This will bring you to a page with a registration form asking you to select a username and password, security questions and to provide some basic information about yourself. Once you do, click the “Submit” button to complete the process.

To sign in to your existing account, enter your username and password on the left.

Luminare Health is the company that administers HOP’s benefits and manages the registration process for the HOP website, HOPbenefits.com. Once you register and sign in, you’ll have the ability to move between the sites without having to enter your username and password a second time.
